For decades, it’s been our honor to: (1) listen, (2) apply our experience and the applicable law to the matter with which we’ve been entrusted, and (3) make reasoned recommendations to our clients. We recognize the COVID-19 presence in our local communities has created the need for everyone to minimize the risk of exposure. We, at Posternock Apell, are committed to flipping the message from “social distancing” to “physical distancing and community solidarity” so that we can continue to support your needs in the days, weeks and months ahead. To that end, our office continues to remain open during working hours.

We want each and every client of ours to feel the most comfortable with his or her choice to remain at home or meet in person. We’re known as creative problem solvers and want to reassure you that our services are available to you in-person or via remote correspondence using teleconference and video-conference technology. We have also introduced a ‘drive-thru’ document signing process, so clients and professional colleagues can drop-off, sign, or pick-up documents without having to leave the car. Our staff follows new protocols for respecting social distancing, wearing masks and taking all precautions to keep our firm family, clients, and community safe. We have been and will continue to take measures to ensure the safest possible environment for our visitors and staff, including heightened cleaning protocols and staggering our client meetings throughout the day.
